Hi, I’m Gauri, The Nutrition Naari. I grew up in a family of doctors. While they were busy reading medical reports, I was busy reading the back of food packets.

Food fascinated me, how it could heal, how it could harm, and how it quietly shaped our daily health. That curiosity stayed with me. It led me to the top nutrition institutes, clinical training rooms, and most importantly, to real people with real challenges. Today, I help people manage: PCOS, thyroid issues, acid reflux, gut problems, and that constant unspoken fatigue.
